Our uniquely smooth and flat masks are designed to cradle you in comfort, whether you're sleeping, meditating, or traveling. The ergonomic shape is enhanced by a thin layer of organic cotton and bamboo blend, along with a smooth, flat Velcro strap, making it fully adjustable and snug. The design gently hugs the ears while softly covering the eyes, providing a soothing sense of comfort—like a gentle hug—every time it’s worn. 

Lovingly handcrafted in East London, each Cosy London mask features TENCEL™ Lyocell—a sustainable fabric renowned for its unparalleled softness, breathability, and temperature-regulating qualities. Made from responsibly sourced wood pulp in Austria, TENCEL™ Lyocell is one of the world’s most sustainable fabrics. It is third-party certified as carbon neutral and fully biodegradable

What makes Cosy London truly special is our commitment to ethical production. We proudly collaborate with FabricWorks, a social enterprise that supports women facing barriers to employment, providing them with meaningful work opportunities and paying London Living Wages. Every mask represents more than a restful night—it’s a step toward positive social impact, combining thoughtful design with a deeper purpose.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Cosy London—we're so happy to have you here! Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing

We aim to process all orders within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders aren’t shipped on weekends or public holidays, but we promise to get your Cosy London sleep mask to you as soon as possible!

If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be slight delays. We’ll always do our best to keep you updated, and if there’s ever a significant delay, we’ll reach out via email.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number, which will become active within 24 hours.

Customs & Duties

For orders outside the UK, local customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for more details.

Postage & Delivery Times

We use Royal Mail services and ship within 48 hours of receiving your order (Monday–Friday). If your order is placed after 4pm on Friday, it will be shipped on Monday.

We’re a small, independent brand, and while we always strive for timely shipping, delivery times are guidance only. We can’t be held responsible for external postal delays, but we’ll always do our best to help if anything goes awry.
