What are the delivery options?
We offer worldwide standard tracked delivery service using Royal Mail.
How can I track my order?
On completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from Cosy London along with a separate email containing your tracking link. This link will enable you to track your order status from dispatch through to delivery. If you haven’t received an email containing the tracking link, please reach out to us at amanda@cosylondon.co.uk
Do I have to pay import charges?
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs and import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination outside of the UK. We do not cover these costs so you will be responsible for paying any import charges that may be added. As customs vary from country to country, unfortunately we can’t advise on these charges, and would recommend you check with your local customs office for more information.
If charges are levied in your country and you refuse to pay them, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred, and the cost of returning the package. These costs will be subtracted from your order refund and your credit/debit card will be charged accordingly.
Which currencies can I shop in?
If you are shopping from outside the UK, your bank will convert the cost of your order into the relevant currency.
What if I recieve a damaged or incorrect order?
We are very sorry to hear that your package did not arrive in perfect condition.
If your goods are received as faulty or damaged once opened, we kindly ask you to notify us by email within 48 hours of receiving your order at amanda@cosylondon.co.uk and we will gladly replace or refund your order upon receiving the damaged / incorrect return.
What is your return policy?
If you change your mind about your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange, provided that you notify us by email at amanda@cosylondon.co.uk within 2 working days of delivery.
